:: Triple interconnected center medallions with surrounding serrated leaves, floral top views, and pinwheel style design relief with serpents found throughout. Main field has a few hidden gem design elements including a human. Main field overlay rendered in parallel diagonal lines of minor germinating buds in alternating coloration. Colors and shades include: Burgundy wine red, sapphire blue, ivory, navy blue, gold, black cherry red, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Localized touch-ups throughout in addition to a few spotted areas of repair in varying degrees of expertise. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Qashqai carpet made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 5'9" x 10'1".
